Cancellations & Refunds

For a regular reservation:

Reservations may be modified or canceled without penalty until two weeks before arrival. Requesting by email the change (if available) or cancellation to posadaarigalan@yahoo.com. For modification, the rates must be recalculated according to the new date and type of room/s chosen.
Cancellations requested 13 days until 4 days before the arrival date will be penalized with 50% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations requested 3 days or less before the arrival date will be penalized with the non- refund of the total amount of the booking.

Cancellation and modification policy for special dates:

Cancellations or modifications requested 14 days or less before the arrival date will be penalized with the non- refund of the total value of the booking.

No-shows for regular reservations:

The penalty in case of a no-show or non-arrival will be a non-refund of the total amount of the booking. To keep the remaining nights of the reservation, you must notify by email: posadaarigalan@yahoo.com.

Guests deciding to end their stay earlier will not get a refund
